Our Commitment to Our Customers

No matter the work done to the car itself, we offer three commitments to our customers:

A home or office drop-off service
Our team will drop you off at any location within a 7km radius if your car is required to stay on site while we carry out the work.

Thorough Diagnosis
Full explanations of additional work with customer approval required. While a thorough initial diagnosis is always carried out on all problems, other issues may make themselves known during the repair process.

Should we find a need for further work, we will inform you first and nothing will be carried out without your expressed approval.

Guaranteed work
We take pride in every job we do and every issue that we fix is guaranteed for six months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first.
